Refund Policy

Nothing in this policy limits refund, withdrawal, cancellation, conformity, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If the law where you live gives you a mandatory remedy, that remedy applies even if this policy says otherwise.

You may cancel online at any time through Dashboard, Account, then Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already made. Access normally continues through the paid billing period unless applicable law or a remedy requires otherwise.

Some consumers have a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period. At checkout, you may ask us to begin digital performance immediately and acknowledge that, where applicable law permits, the withdrawal right may end or be reduced once performance begins or digital content is supplied. We will honor any withdrawal right that remains available under applicable law.

Outside mandatory legal rights, completed subscription periods and delivered digital access are generally non-refundable. Contact us promptly if you were charged after a timely cancellation, charged incorrectly, unable to access a purchased service, or believe the service was materially not as described. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law or otherwise agreed.

Email tradingnomadsco@gmail.com from the address connected to your account and include the charge date and a short explanation. Do not send full card details. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
