Overview
These Terms govern your use of tradingnomads.store, TN Terminal, TN Membership, downloadable indicators, research, analytics, educational content, community resources, and related services. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on this page. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and keep your login, API keys, and connected devices secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not share protected access or use another person's account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
No financial advice
Nothing provided by Trading Nomads is financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. All content, tools, models, signals, analysis, and research are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Trading risk
Trading involves substantial risk. You are fully responsible for your own trading decisions, account management, position sizing, broker usage, and capital. Past performance, backtests, and research do not guarantee future results.
Membership access
TN Membership provides access to TN Terminal while your membership is active and in good standing. Access may include TN Dashboard, TN Journal, TN COT, TN Labs, TN Options, TN Algo, TN Indicators, and other features added over time.
Billing, automatic renewal, and cancellation
Subscription price, billing frequency, amount due, and any promotion are shown before payment. Unless you cancel, a monthly subscription renews each month and an annual subscription renews each year on the applicable billing date, using the payment method held by Stripe.
You can cancel online at any time through Dashboard → Account → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Price changes apply only after legally required advance notice. Refund and withdrawal rights are described in the Refund Policy and are always subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Immediate digital access
If you request immediate access during checkout, we may begin providing digital services before a statutory withdrawal period ends. Where applicable law permits, your withdrawal right may be reduced or lost after performance begins or digital content is supplied, but mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
TN Labs research exports
TN Labs retrieves academic paper metadata and available abstracts and can format selected sources into a prompt for export. Trading Nomads does not analyze the selected sources with an AI or send the exported prompt to an AI provider. If you submit the export to a third-party AI service, you are responsible for reviewing its terms, privacy practices, and output before using it.
User responsibility
You agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly and not misuse, copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, bypass access controls for, share protected access to, or abuse any Trading Nomads software, content, research, models, API credentials, market-data feed, or community resource. You may not upload unlawful content, malware, or content that violates another person's rights.
Your content
You retain ownership of journal entries, images, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant Trading Nomads and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content.
Availability and changes
Markets, data sources, third-party platforms, and software services can be delayed, unavailable, or incorrect. We may maintain, update, replace, or discontinue features and integrations. We will provide notice or remedies where required by law, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. We may terminate access for a material breach. Any termination is subject to applicable consumer law and does not remove payment or other obligations already accrued.
Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot be excluded. Trading Nomads is not responsible for trading losses or decisions made using the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate or legally required, communicated before they take effect. The date at the top identifies the current version.
